“ We found this lovely food truck in Katy. It's easy to locate. There's plenty of free parking. We loved the fact, you could order your food and wait in the car instead of the smoldering Texas heat. The food arrive in a timely manner. It was super hot & fresh. I was told the Brisket sandwich was excellent ( Texas toast, Brisket, Mac-N-Cheese & corn bread) and the greens.. The chicken wings had good flavor. The Mac-N-Cheese was a miss for us. Overall this place is pretty good. ”
